Service Description

I facilitate communication and conflict management workshops to groups of 3-50 participants. If there is conflict in your work place among employees or members of your community organization (for example, volunteer board of directors, sports teams, etc.), this session may be right for your organization or place of work. I will work with your group to identify issues and discuss how to move forward using the understanding-based model. I also offer team-building and professional development sessions on motivational interviewing, non-violent communication and different conflict management styles. These sessions are customizable to suit your organization's needs.
