Service Description

I strive to restore balance to client's lives and bring peace of mind to those grappling with conflict. As such, sessions begin at 3 hours in length in order to identify and resolve the issues that are most important to each party. Sessions may be extended by one hour increments. The hourly rate after the initial 3 hour session is $125.00/hr. If the session does not take 3 hours, parties will be billed the hourly rate of $125.00/hr. The fees for this service may be covered under private or group health insurance plans that include social work services, including NIHB. This service is also available on a sliding-scale for those with fixed or limited incomes. Book your free consultation to find out if you qualify for sliding-scale fees. I specialize in work place mediation, tenant/landlord disputes that are not addressed through the local mediation board (for example; the Office of Residential Tenancies in Saskatchewan or ORT), elder and estate mediation, family conflicts and other community matters. The goal of the mediation session is not only to resolve the conflict between the parties, but to also increase communication and strengthen the relationship. In addition, this process facilitates unlearning unhelpful communication skills and defense mechanism and provides a framework for handling future conflicts. I look forward to connecting with you to find out how mediation can work for you!
